Yes, unfortunately Turning Corners can not register your program with VicRoads if you do not provide this letter/email. If you have your letter from VicRoads and you are confident that you are booking the correct program, you can book into the program yourself via program bookings.
Please note: you must complete the correct program to be re-licenced. If you complete the wrong program you are not entitled to a refund.
If you have lost your letter you can email VicRoads with your details ddd@roads.vic.gov.au and they will let you know what you are required to complete.
Unfortunately not. However if you are receiving Centrelink benefits, you may be eligible for a NILS loan (no interest loan) to help you to book and pay for the program upfront. To find out where you can access NILS through the Good Shepherd website to locate your nearest NILS provider click here. Or you can call 13 64 57
If you don't complete a BCP before a specific date, sometimes VicRoads will notify you that your licence will be cancelled. Generally this does not mean you will have to re-sit your licence test (unless you have not held a licence for 5 or more years). The cost of renewing/reissuing your licence is approximately $85.50 for 3 years.
For specific advice/information about your situation regarding your licence please speak with your local VicRoads or call the VicRoads re-licencing department 1300 310 607
